I am passionate about supporting people as they navigate the diverse experiences and identities, including anxiety, neurodivergence (such as autism and ADHD), learning differences, school-related challenges, and cultural identity.
I love being a psychologist because I genuinely enjoy connecting with people and hearing their stories. Whether I am meeting a child who is finding school overwhelming, a teenager trying to understand themselves, an adult reflecting on their experiences and life journey, or a parent seeking support for their child, I feel privileged to be part of their journey.
I am dedicated to creating a warm, affirming, and empowering space where people feel safe to be themselves. Every story is unique, and my hope is that everyone who enters this space feels heard, understood, and valued for who they are.

Valuing the diverse identities, experiences, and ways of being that make each person unique.

Building genuine connections and working together towards meaningful goals.

Creating space to explore experiences, strengths, and challenges together with curiosity and compassion.
